- With a pioneering vision, the founder of Mandavie Group has laid the groundwork for several super projects in Vietnam:
- The first joint-stock company in Vietnam – Kien Hung Corp;
- The country’s first super project on infrastructure development in the form of Build-Transfer (BT) was presented at the first Vietnam Investment Conference in 1990;
- Vietnam’s first outstanding real estate portfolio worth hundreds of millions of USD since 2000. Thanks to that, the pioneering IPO plan on the Singapore Stock Exchange was financially advised and underwritten by UBS_Singapore in early 2008;
- The pioneer IPO plan of the company on the Singapore Stock Exchange through the Underwriting and Financial Advisory contract signed with UBS Investment Bank – Singapore Branch.
Nowadays, Mandavie Group continues to lead and inherit the portfolio of projects and assets. We create mega projects in the Furniture Manufacturing and Macadamia Agriculture Sectors as production vehicles for annually billions-of-dollars cash flows from exports.
We commit to connecting the significant financial resources from the international capital market with Vietnam’s potential mega projects. Subsequently, we will manage the tasks to achieve enormous volume in production, export values, and world-level competing capability.

WOODEN FURNITURE PRODUCTION PROJECTS
A business that brings valuable export revenue from substantial production resources, modern technology factories, experienced and skillful human resources.
We target an export revenue of 22 billion US dollars in the next ten years, 2022-2031.
AGRO-FORESTRY PROJECTS
We aspire to build the world’s largest macadamia mega-farms in Dien Bien Province, Vietnam.
With seedlings yielding up to 3.3 tons of NIS seeds as in the last August 2021 harvest, we expect Vietnam to emerge and become a global macadamia capital in the next ten years, 2022-2031.
REAL ESTATE PROJECTS
We develop large real estate projects specializing in housing for low-income people, prioritizing distribution to employees in the group.
The projects will also bring a new height and inspiring appearance to the cities of Vietnam.
RENEWABLE ENERGY PROJECTS
We plan to invest in 02 solar power plants on the project’s land.
The total capacity of the solar plant for furniture factories is about 300 MGW. And the total capacity of the solar plant for the macadamia farm is about 150 MGW.
