(“MCME”) is a closed ecosystem model that shrinks Industry 4.0. We share and distribute benefits to companies participating in the ecosystem transparently and always keep the balance of resources.
(“MCME”) was originally formed by many companies that already have partnerships with common goals and a desire to gain a global edge from this operational revolution. (“MCME”) can develop new members outside the ecosystem to increase internal strength and ecological balance.
Our member companies are currently the owners of mega-projects with huge revenue potential in production – export with the goal of the total revenue up to US$33 billion in the ten years, 2022-2031.
We consider the digitization of the production-export-finance-investment chain in ways that realize significant accessibility and innovation rather than mere automation and networking.
(“MCME”) is built-in with core values through four important ecosystem layers: Customer Solutions, Operations, Technology, and People. Four main business layers act as the link between the (“MCME) ‘s activities. They form the basis of an enhanced digital value chain.
Each of the four ecosystem classes represents a cluster of activities, some occurring within the ecosystem and some outside. These activities are tied together through common digital connections and practices.
(“MCME”) achieve their competitive advantage by successfully orchestrating and integrating the four ecosystem layers: Customer Solutions, Operations, Technology, and People.
The starting point on the journey toward becoming a successful (“MCME”) is the definition of a compelling ecosystem vision and value proposition based on an internal ecosystem assessment and an exploration of the art of the possible. (“MCME”) develop an integrated ecosystem concept and a strategic partnership model to integrate the external partners.
A practical (“MCME”) governance prioritizes operational activities, enables fast decision-making, and makes the best use of digital investments to deploy the four ecosystem layers successfully. It is also critical to follow a highly iterative approach while designing and implementing the ecosystem capabilities. In that way, the ecosystem enables companies to deliver and learn through early and continuous deliveries.
(“MCME”) will harvest the value of fully integrated ecosystems through permanently investing in continued expansion and enhancement of their Customer Solutions, Operations, Technology, and People ecosystem layers.
