Marine City and Hải Đăng 19 ha are part of Mandavie’s real estate portfolio, connecting green living environments with productive economic activity and recurring income opportunities for communities.
Mandavie is developing an approach in which the value of a place is connected with the life and economic activity around it. Green real estate is considered together with opportunities for people to participate voluntarily in productive and community activities that can support recurring income.
The starting point is the essential needs of the community, the natural conditions of the location and the effective use of resources. Facilities, appropriate technology and the people operating them are planned together, with respect for nature guiding development.
Each plan needs to identify the activity that creates value, the people who benefit, the costs of operation and the conditions needed to sustain that activity. Participation arrangements are developed project by project.
Marine City’s infrastructure is complete. The project forms part of Mandavie’s green real estate development direction.
Hải Đăng covers 19 hectares and is at the planning and implementation preparation stage within Mandavie’s portfolio.
